St Helens Libraries new competition wants you to give a classic fairy tale a modern twist or write your own myth or fable - in no more than 500 words.
Re-imagine stories of old to reflect our modern world. Get creative using your own location, heritage, interest and experiences.
There are three categories; 11 and under, 12-16 years and 17-25 years, with three prizes up for grabs in each one.
3rd prize is a £20 book token, 2nd a £30 book token and finally 1st prize is a £50 book token.
