STOPTOBER - We've won the Smokefree Gold Award!

As part of Stoptober we're celebrating our fantastic achievement or being award the Smokefree Gold Award.

Stoptober, is back this October, now in its 11th year and it is a great opportunity to encourage smokers to make a quit attempt and help them sustain it throughout October and beyond.

This year's slogan is 'You've got what it takes to quit this Stoptober'.

The St Helens Wellbeing team said: "It has been a pleasure to work with St Cuthbert's and see the varied activities developed and delivered by the students and staff to support peers, staff and families to never smoke, quit smoking and make their homes smokefree.

"As a school community and in particular their smoking ambassadors; Miss Gallagher, Mrs Jaundrill, Mrs Rafferty and Mrs Tonge (all pictured), have been excellent examples."
