Diamond Jubilee Anniversary
29 Sep 2017
Reflect, celebrate, aspire.
St Cuthbert’s Secondary Modern School was opened by the Most Rev. John Carmel Heenan, D.D., Ph.D., Archbishop of Liverpool, September 29th, 1957.
60 years could be considered a short span of life for a school but the beauty of such a diamond anniversary is that we are able to share it with those men and women trained within its walls, some of whom are now the parents and grandparents of our current students.
We are 60 is a special area of our website set up not only to reflect and celebrate our history but also aspire for the future success of St Cuthbert's.
These pages look forward to the celebrations and also at the history of St Cuthbert’s. There is information about ways in which everyone connected with the school can share their memories and be part of the celebrations, please do take part and share what our school means to you.
